Schepps Dairy has announced a six-month extension of its reward for the arrest and indictment of Yaser Abdel Said, who is accused of murdering his daughters.
Sarah, 17, and Amina Yaser Said, 18, two Lewisville High School students, were found dead on Jan. 1, in a cab at the Omni Mandalay Hotel in Irving. One of the sisters had called 911 earlier that evening, but police were unable to locate the caller. Their bodies were later discovered by a taxi driver.
A capital murder warrant remains active for Mr. Said, who has been missing since the murders, police said. He is 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighs about 180 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

Schepps Dairy offered an award of $10,000 in January.
This is great news. I spoke to someone at Crime Stoppers last month and he informed me that the reward offered by Schepps Dairy may expire eventually. Yet they have extended the time frame.
Schepps must remain hopeful there will be a break in the case. Their generosity is admirable.
